HOW TO BOOK

If you need a carpark, please tell us when you make your booking.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All bookings (including for carparking) are subject to availability at the time of Booking.
2. Please reserve your car spot when making your accommodation booking. Subject to availability.
3. Corporate rates are valid for up to 4 rooms per night. Additional requests will be quoted at the time of enquiry and may incur additional charges.
4. Corporate Rates can still be used on Busy Dates (get in quickly)
5. Bookings over Special Event periods will incur a $100 surcharge. Special Event periods can be found at oldwoolstore.com.au/your-corporate-home/busy-dates
6. Any bookings cancelled after 6pm on the day of arrival including "no-shows" are subject to a fee equivalent to one nights’ accommodation (at the Hotel’s discretion).
7. Credit card details will be required to secure all accommodation bookings.
8. All chargeback information must be received prior to arrival.
9. Check in from 1400, departure time is by 1100.
10. All rates are valid for up to two people per room. Additional people may incur a surcharge.
11. We will match any online rates and include parking, subject to the condition of the rates. Third- party booking sites operate outside the control of our organisation. Please be aware!
12. These confidential rates are nett, non-commissionable, and for direct bookings with our reservations team.
