Q. Do you have a 24 hour Reception?

A. Yes. Our Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Q. What time can I check-in?

A. Check-in is available from 2.00pm. Should you arrive in Hobart prior to your room being available please feel free to register, park your car and store any luggage with us whilst you explore the city.

Q. What time do I need to check-out?

A. Checkout time is strictly no later than 11.00am.

Q. Do you have onsite parking?

A. Yes. The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel, Hobart has approximately 140 caparks available on site, free of charge.  Read more >

Q. Do you have onsite dining options?

A. Yes, we offer two onsite dining options. Our Stockmans Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and our room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Menus are located in each of our rooms.

Our Baaa Bar is open daily between 4.00pm and 11.00pm and offers a friendly and inviting place to enjoy a quiet drink.

Q. Do you offer Internet access?

A. Yes.  Broadband access is available in all rooms and is charged at $5.00 per day for each day of stay. Password access is required and can be arranged through Reception.

Some rooms have wireless access and other dedicated internet ports. Dial up is available in all rooms. An instruction and troubleshooting guide is located in your room.

Q. Do you have a Business Centre?

A. Yes. Our Guest Business Centre is located near Reception and use is complimentary for all in house guests.  Internet access needs to be arranged at Reception and is charged at $5.00 per day.

Q. Do you have a gymnasium?

A. Yes. Our gym is located in the lobby opposite reception and is open 6.30am – 8.30pm, 7 days a week.

Q. Is there a swimming pool onsite?

A. The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel does not have an onsite pool, however we offer all guests complimentary swim passes to the Hobart Aquatic Centre. These passes are available from Reception.

Q. Can you provide dry cleaning services?

A. Yes. A dry cleaning service is offered and can be arrange through Reception. This service is only available Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Q. Do you offer luggage storage?

A. Yes.  Luggage may be stored short-term on a complimentary basis and is arranged via Reception.   For long-term or significant storage requirements please speak with Reception.
